Faith journeys
If you come with expectations, Easter Youth will totally deepen your understanding of faith and connection with Jesus. You will explore your beliefs through lively discussions and teachings while growing spiritually.
Community is key
Easter Youth fosters a strong sense of community. You will bond over shared interests and experiences, building friendships and teamwork skills. You may arrive knowing 1 or 2 people, or a whole pile, but you will leave knowing HEAPS!
Games, activities, madness
This camp thrives on fun-filled adventures from team sports to random wide games. You'll be super tired from fun, but that good tired.
Daily reflections
You know Jesus knows you are totally awesome - right? We have heaps of time to chill and reflect on him and you (a legit team btw). Good small group times as well which are legit.
Bush, rivers...
If you've been to camp before you know how cool the bush and river are. To find a Tui or pretend to be Gollum in the bush. Swim in that crazy river and chill in the ridiculous summer heat. So Good.
Want to be more like God?
Seriously, the workshops at Easter youth are totally awesome. Super interactive, engaging ( totally not boring) speakers, and topics that will make you go 'hmm, so, wait, what????, oh , Whoa' and so on.
Yeah, but what do people who have been say?

On Easter Weekend, Totara Springs hosted the annual CCCNZ Youth Easter Camp, which was organised and run by an excellent committee of youth pastors. This was a huge success, attended by 160 youth and leaders, from across seven different local churches. Our speaker was James Bruce, who journeyed through Ephesians for the weekend and did an awesome job in presenting the Gospel, as well as encouraging and challenging believers to take hold of their faith. The weekend was also filled with activities and games, as well as plenty of time for leaders to build relationships and have valuable conversations with their youth. A highlight of the weekend was the Sunday night, as we gathered around the ‘Village’ area, with bonfires and donuts, and youth and leaders were able to reflect on the weekend, and have many fruitful spiritual conversations.. Another highlight was to see different youth groups interacting and having fellowship across the weekend, as well as leaders being able to pour into and disciple their youth. We had awesome feedback from this camp, and I am so looking forward to see how God will use Easter Youth in the future Moving forward, our prayer is that this camp would continue to grow, and be used as a tool for evangelism and discipleship for many churches and young people across the North Island!

I’m just emailing the EC team.
I’m not sure who runs the youth Easter camp but I just wanted to say thanks.
It so nice that you all took the time to make camp happen.
The Village was epic and I loved the fire pits.
And James was choice I have never seen a Pastor pour yesterdays pig scraps over his head
I don’t think I will ever forget that
