Cost, Registration and Payment

Camp Costs for Easter Youth Camp 2025 are $195.00 per person. This includes kids, leaders, the Senior Pastor who wants to “hang”, and any Pets (Note: No Pets allowed 😊)
The registration process is managed via Totara Springs registration system. Once you have confirmed your interest in attending camp, you will be sent a registration email with a link to this registration system. Do not send this link out to your youth. You will need to gather the following information from your campers (kids, leaders, etc)

Please note any significant medical conditions or allergies the registrant may have. Minor medical notes do not need to be added to the registrations but can be if you would prefer for documentation. 
*For campers, we will need listed their parent or guardian details as an emergency contact. The church phone number or youth leader's contact details are not adequate.  
***Special diets incur an additional $30 charge. This includes dairy-free, gluten-free, egg free, vegetarian and vegan). Nut free and halal special diets do not incur an additional charge, we will need to be aware of those with these requirements.

Managing registrations

Collecting camper details and payment are to be managed by the church, and you can add camper details to the registration page as you go. Everyone attending must be added to this page: leaders, youth pastors, senior pastors and campers.  A final invoice will be sent shortly after registrations close on the 4th of April.

A good system for your church is to get all monies deposited into your Church account and then make one bank transfer to us. This also means that if you need to add additional costs for buses etc., you can add these to the cost of camp. Please make sure your youth name is clearly stated when payment is made. Instructions for payment will be sent with your final invoice. Note Totara Springs Youth camp is capped so…. make sure you are in early enough that you DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Registrations will close on the 4th of April or early if we reach our cap. 

Tent Setups

All campers will sleep in tents. Separate tents for da boys and da girls. You must ensure that you have enough tents for all your campers. Easter Camp will not be providing you with sleeping accommodation. For tent set up, we strongly recommend that your leaders head down on Thursday and set up tents ready for the kids' arrival on Friday. Note this is not officially camp, and not a time for your youth to be onsite, just those lucky leaders who get to set up tents. We would encourage these leaders to stay on-site Thursday night so we can chat around the fire pits in the village and get to know one another before campers arrive on Friday. We will also have the donut machine cranking from 7 PM on Thursday. You can organise site access for tent set up on Thursday by texting Anton 0272848906 

At Camp

Camp Duties, Time tables, Electives, Wides games and everything day to day at camp will be discussed in morning meetings. Don’t worry they won't be super earlyY
